Clinical Health Psychology Fellowship
For the 2026–2027 training year, we invite applications from highly motivated candidates seeking advanced clinical and research training in areas such as obesity management, cardiac psychology, trauma and rehabilitation, internal medicine, psycho-oncology, palliative medicine, and chronic pain management. The fellowship prepares psychologists for clinical and leadership roles in diverse healthcare environments, emphasizing prevention, treatment, education, and supervision. Fellows function as valued members of interprofessional teams in inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings, gaining comprehensive experience with medical conditions, treatments, and collaborative care. Mentorship, professional role modeling, and consultation are integral components of the program.
Applicants should have completed (or be near completion of) an APA-accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology, with degree conferral prior to the fellowship start date. An APA- or CPA-accredited internship—preferably in a medical setting—is required. Preference is given to applicants with demonstrated interest in behavioral medicine or health psychology through prior training, work experience, or research, and to those nearing dissertation completion.
