I enjoy spending my free time traveling with my partner, doing pilates and yoga, reading a new book (orlistening to it on audible) and spending time with my family, friends and cat. I am also a HUGE foodie, so I am either trying a new restaurant or recipe.

Future Plans: I am hoping to do a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship. I aspire to have my own telehealth practice in the future and work in a psych ED for some time as well. I am also interested in integrative medicine/psychiatry and would love to incorporate this into my practice!

Advice: Balance in medicine is essential and will ultimately make you a better physician. Having my non-negotiables like daily movement, healthy meals and time for loved ones has been so important! Make sure to care for yourself, so you can better care for your patients.
