Amy Hobday, DO

Medical School: Nova southeastern university

Hobbies: I enjoy going to the beach, and listening to music

Future Plans: I’m interested in doing a child and adolescent fellowship


Douglas Neagoy, MD

Medical School: Poznan University of Medical Sciences

Hobbies: calisthenics, BJJ, songwriting, and visiting theme parks

Future plans: Practice in underserved areas and teach medical students, periodically leading humanitarian trips.


Drew Nielson. MD

Medical School: Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University

Hobbies: Spending time with loved ones, watching any and every sport, classic video games, puzzles, playing basketball, hikes, river trips, and new experiences

Future Plans: Currently undecided; broadly interested in serving rural / underserved populations


Andrew Trexler, DO

Medical School: Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine

Hobbies: Spending time with my family and friends, hiking, reading, going to the beach (sunburn speed-run), and exploring new places.

Future Plans: Provide psychiatric care to rural and underserved areas of North Carolina. Currently undecided on fellowship


Priscila Irizarry Vargas, MD

Medical School: University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St Kitts & Nevis

Hobbies: Gardening, collecting rocks and minerals, spending time with friends, trying new foods, cooking, and learning about skincare.

Future plans: Undecided. Wish to do a fellowship currently considering addiction psychiatry. Will like to stay in NC near Raleigh or Greenville.


John Woo, DO  

Medical School: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine – Midwestern University

Hobbies: Cooking and trying new foods, reading, lifting, golf, hiking, gaming, and rooting for my Philadelphia Eagles.

Hobbies: Amateur astronomy, board games, grand-strategy computer gaming, long-distance road trips, maybe adopting a cat or rabbit soon
